Prohibited Contact

Clients are strictly prohibited from initiating any physical contact with the
cleaner. If any client is found to have initiated physical contact, we reserve the right to
terminate the service immediately, without a refund.

Sexual Harassment:

Clients are strictly prohibited from initiating any form of sexual
harassment, including but not limited to masturbating in front of the cleaners. If any client is
found to have engaged in such behavior, we reserve the right to terminate the service
immediately, without a refund.

Photography and Video:

Clients are strictly prohibited from taking any pictures or videos of
the cleaners without their express consent. If any client is found to have violated this rule, we reserve the right to terminate the service immediately, without a refund.

Termination and Refunds:

Cleaners have the right to terminate the service without any refund
at any time if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Clients must provide at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation to receive a full refund. If clients fail to provide proper notice, no
refunds will be issued.

Payment:

Clients must pay either online via credit or debit card or cash upfront before the
service starts. If clients pay cash, they must have the exact amount and be prepared to
provide it to the cleaner upon arrival.
